Q: What is the difference between a Digital Class, a Virtual Ride and Training Education?

A Digital Class is a video of an Indoor Cycling class taught by an experienced instructo. You see various angles of both the instructor as well as the class. Click here to see samples.
A Virtual Ride is a video of riding outside shot from a first person perspective. You will see the road in front of you, and occasionally riders in front as well as behind. The camera travels at the pace of the riders, and not the normal pace of a car, and thus helps to create the feeling of riding outside. Click here to see samples.
A Training Education is a video of a cycling coach or other expert in athletic training or indoor cycling instruction. Click here to see samples.
